XVP Studios is a fully-equipped production studio with an audio recording booth available for rent year-round. The 50-foot floor-to-ceiling green screen studio with a cyc wall is equipped with the highest-quality lighting, boom microphones and studio insulation for clean audio every time. The studio is easily accessible with street level doors for loading and unloading and plenty of free parking. Simply rent the space as-is or hire our expert team to help you get the job done.

Audio: The studio is sound treated with acoustically sound absorbent insulation
Lighting: XVP Studios utilizes the highest quality lighting. Arri and Kino Flo provide the best possible color saturation and an evenly lit space
